Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Freshies: Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

TikTok LIVE Claims: Please allow additional processing time when ordering during a LIVE, especially when multiple freshies are claimed or an item needs to be painted or finished before shipping.

Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Shipping & Tracking

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Bluegrass Darling Freshie Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Carrier Delays & Lost Packages

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Bluegrass Darling Freshie Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first and check with household members and neighbors.

Freshie Care During Shipping

Freshies can soften or become damaged when exposed to extreme heat. Please retrieve your package as soon as possible after delivery, especially during warmer months.

Bluegrass Darling Freshie Co. is not responsible for damage caused by a package being left for an extended period in a hot mailbox, vehicle, porch, or other area exposed to extreme temperatures after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Final Sale

All freshie purchases are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to scent preference, color preference, change of mind, or other buyer preferences.

Discounted, imperfect, overbaked, and TikTok LIVE claim items are sold AS-IS. Any known imperfections will be disclosed when applicable.
